Walking Their History with Social Studies and Geography – Jennifer Linarte

History

The road to the rebirth of learning continues here in Troilo today, and one young lady is guiding the town along its highways. Jenifer Linarte knows the road better than most of this town. After all, she has been there, seen it, and done that. Today, she heads the Department of Social Science and History.

Troilo is deeply rooted in Nicaraguan history as a small part of Sutiava, which is known for donating the new Leon City to the department. However, this is just one centimeter of the long history and geography these young minds must explore. But she is up to the job.

Jennifer has many responsibilities at this small college. She was the director for over three years, teaches manual arts and crafts, and leads the third-most essential science course.

Who is Jennifer Linarte, the History Teacher?

This is another teacher who was born and grew up in Troilo, studied at Vistalam, and has returned as part of its labor force. She is the mother of one child and is married to Kelvin Montiel.

What We Need to Make This Happen

History

As these students learn about their history and traditions, they need so much more. Starting with modern geography textbooks, their needs may not be valued in millions, but they are still unresolved.

Any donation that you are willing to make will go far in changing tomorrow.  Things that are commonplace where you are are luxury in Troilo.

The Social Studies Department needs a computer, more textbooks, and training materials. A small donation could make a big difference in the lives of these young minds in Troilo. Use your power to make that change.
